Licensing and payment terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval. Cancel through billing management and retain the paid term. Annual prepaid access does not renew automatically.

Initial trial, activation, replacement and recovery require a connection. Certificates last at most seven days, never beyond the paid or trial term; refresh is attempted at least every 24 hours. Known revocations stop use immediately; offline revocation takes effect by certificate expiry.

Refunds and reductions must identify the affected seats, not randomly remove active installations. Applicable consumer rights and Paddle refund processing take precedence. Contact support with the seats and order, never the Activation Key.
